Meet Erin

I'm Erin — a NYS licensed esthetician, bridal makeup artist, and the face behind Erin Hills Makeup Artistry.

What started as a love for makeup turned into a career I never could have imagined. Nearly a decade and more than 500 weddings later, I still genuinely love what I do and I don’t take it lightly that I get to be part of such an important day.

My approach to bridal makeup is pretty simple: you should still look like you,  just really, really good.

I love polished skin, glittery eyeshadow, and makeup that photographs beautifully without feeling heavy or disconnected from the person wearing it. Whether you want soft and romantic or a little more drama, the goal is never to turn you into someone else. It’s to make you feel like the absolute best version of yourself.

But the makeup is only part of what I do.

Wedding mornings can be emotional, chaotic, hilarious, and occasionally held together by lash glue and sheer determination. After hundreds of them, I’ve become part makeup artist, part professional hype girl, part timeline keeper, and part emotional support person. I’ll keep things moving, keep the energy good, and make sure you have a chance to actually enjoy the morning you spent so long planning.

When I’m not holding a makeup brush, I’m probably traveling somewhere with my husband and our three kids, planning our next adventure, buying something I absolutely did not need at Sephora, watching a movie I’ve already seen 47 times, or fully embracing Halloween season regardless of what the calendar says. I’m tattooed, slightly obsessed with glitter, fueled by cold brew and Diet Dr Pepper, and very much not your boring beige makeup artist.

I take my work seriously.

Myself? A little less so.
